During a routine inspection
One district nurse told us: 'The home's good, and they work hard at trying to stimulate people'. A community psychiatric nurse reported 'My team are happy with things at the moment, there has been a big improvement in the last six months and we have no concerns about the quality of care there currently'. However, one person told us she would like to get out of the home more to visit interesting places and one relative reported that communication could be improved as he wasn't informed when his mother was moved from one unit to another in the home. Another relative told us that her mother had slept without sheets on her bed a couple of nights and staff had failed to notice this.
