People who spoke with us told us they were satisfied with the quality of care offered by the agency. One person told us, "I find them very nice. They are top of the bill. I have had the same home help for 13 years. She is very excellent, kind and I am satisfied. I can't grumble at all." Another person told us their care worker was "extremely good" and they "got on extremely well". They described their care worker as "first class". Someone else commented, "I have nothing but the praise for them." Comments made by other people were: "My care workers are very kind and helpful. I don't know what I would do without them. They are like angels from above."Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs.
There was an effective complaints system available. Comments and complaints people made were responded to appropriately.
