During a routine inspection
People told us they could express their views and were involved in decision making about their treatment and support. They told us they felt listened to when discussing their needs and what they hoped to achieve from the treatment programme.
During our inspection we looked at care and staff recruitment records. We did this to confirm people were being well supported and staff members had been recruited properly.
We spoke with Lancashire county council contracts monitoring department and they had no issues or concerns with the service.
Responses we received were positive in the way the service was run in the best interest of the people who were receiving the treatment, guidance and support to return to community living. Comments included,
'I feel they have helped me a lot since attending the support sessions.'
'I was consulted and agreed to the treatment programme before we started.'
'The counsellors have been brilliant.'
'A very professional service with people who know what they are doing. They have given me a lot of support and helped to build my confidence up.'
