During a routine inspection
People were informed about procedures before signing consent forms. One person said the "risks and reality" of the procedure was fully explained.
The clinic was clean and well maintained. Cleaning and infection control procedures were in place to ensure staff were aware of their responsibilities.
We saw evidence to indicate the majority of recruitment checks were undertaken before staff began work. Where we found checks were not in place these were addressed immediately following the inspection.
People told us they were aware of how to provide feedback and raise concerns if needed.
