During a routine inspection
People said that they had had their needs properly assessed, one person told us, "The introduction we had to the service was good, someone came round and did an assessment of what Mum needed to be done and then we got a care plan that said what would be done and when'. Another person said, 'The Manager came round and talked through with me what I needed to be done, it's all gone well since then'.
We found that people experienced consistency and continuity in the provision of their care and that they appreciated this. A relative of a service user said, 'They provide very good and consistent care from the same group of carers'.
People told us that their dignity and their rights had been respected and that they knew how to make a complaint if they wanted to.
