During a routine inspection
People said they received a reliable service that met their care needs. Each person we spoke to said their care needs were assessed in detail and a care plan devised to say how they were to be supported. People said they were fully consulted about their care needs, had signed their care plan to agree to its contents, and, had a copy of it.
Care staff were said to be punctual when arriving at the prearranged times with occasional exceptions when staff were delayed. People said they received care as set out in their care plan. Care staff were said to be kind and helpful. Comments included, 'They treat me very well,' and, 'I am always asked how I would like to be helped.'
People said the agency was flexible to adjusting care arrangements when people's needs changed.
People said they felt safe with the agency's staff.
Care staff were said by people and their relatives to be skilled in providing the right care for people. People also told us they received care from a consistent team of staff which they liked because these people knew their needs.
People confirmed the agency asked for their views about the service by a satisfaction survey.
