During a routine inspection
We also reviewed several patients' completed patient satisfaction questionnaires. This information showed us that there were systems in place to capture patients' real time experiences of the service and the care and treatment they had received.
The equipment used was serviced regularly to ensure it was safe to use and suitable for its purpose.
We found there were sufficient numbers of staff available to meet people's needs. The provider monitored the service to make sure that an appropriate standard of care and treatment was provided. Improvements were made to the service when concerns were identified.
