During a routine inspection
People told us they get the help they need, that staff help them with their medicines and staff respect their privacy.
Comments about the food were all positive including 'I like the food' and 'I enjoy cooking and shopping'.
People said they keep their room and the home clean and staff are available to support when required.
People told us they feel safe living at Jesmond Close.
