During a routine inspection
Peoples' diversity, values and human rights were respected. One person told us "I think they (the care workers) are marvellous, they are so kind and they are very polite".
Feedback from people in relation to the support they or their relatives had received was positive. One person told us "They have been perfect, very good indeed, I have found no fault at all, I would recommend them to anyone".
The people we spoke with all confirmed that they had felt safe when receiving support from the care workers. One person told us that they had felt confident that their relative had been "In safe hands the whole time".
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. One person we spoke with told us "They (the care workers) knew their job and they were good at it".
All the people we spoke with commented positively about the quality of the service they received. Systems were in place to obtain the views of the people who had used the service and the care workers employed and these had been acted on.
