During a routine inspection
We found that peoples health and welfare needs were being met and that support given was individualised and person centred.
Evidence informed us that systems were in place to protect people from possible abuse and people who use the service told us that they were well treated.
We found that staff had undertaken appropriate training and received regular supervision and appraisal.
The quality of the service was monitored in regular meetings involving people using the service and staff members. Evidence indicated that concerns were promptly acted upon.
