During a routine inspection
We spoke with the registered manager, the deputy manager, nurse therapists, people who used the service and ancillary staff.
People who used the service told us of their satisfaction with the service and the treatments they received. They told us that they had only been to the clinic on a couple of occasions but already felt more comfortable.
Staff told us and we saw in care records that the consent to treatment was always requested and gained before commencing treatment.
We saw that the clinic was clean, hygienic and well equipped.
Records that were needed to assess and monitor people's care and treatment were kept up to date, accurate and stored securely.
