During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people who used services and a relative. One person said, 'I like living at home, and I am encouraged to be independent.'
Another person told us, 'When I have any concerns I will ring the office. Staff always get back to you. Staff are pretty good and there is regular contact and feed back from all staff at the agency, the office staff will ring for feed back from me also. I usually know who will be visiting my home in advance, this is reassuring.'
One relative told us, 'I was sent a survey at the beginning of the service and at the end of the service as part of their quality monitoring process. There was always lots of communication between us and as the next of kin I was kept well informed.'
We looked at a small sample of five surveys we saw evidence of surveys having been sent and completed by people using the service and noted the positive comments from them.
