During a routine inspection

The majority of people that lived at the home used non verbal communication, we observed the support that they were provided with and their well being during the visit to the home. Those who did use verbal communication methods said that they did not wish to speak with us. However, they did tell us about the activities and the food that they enjoyed.

During the site visit we observed that people were smiling and enjoying the caring, respectful and professional interaction from the staff that worked at the home. People looked clean and well groomed, which showed that their personal needs were met and their dignity was respected.

Staff were attentive to the needs of people and responded to requests of assistance promptly. Staff that were spoken with were knowledgeable about people's individual needs and how they were met.
