During an inspection looking at part of the service
This inspection was carried out on the 29 January 2013 in order to check whether the provider had taken action to achieve compliance. We found the provider had taken appropriate action.
We spoke with three service users and three relatives, both during the inspection visit and afterwards during telephone calls. We spoke with four care staff who were visiting the agency's office as well as two senior staff and the registered manager.
People using the service told us the times the staff arrived and the number of staff sent to provide their care had improved in the last two months and they were happy with the service they received.
Two relatives told us they were satisfied and happy with the care provided. One other relative told us that the staff's time keeping had improved but they remained disappointed with the lack of consistent care staff. Since the inspection visit this person had met with the registered manager, they told us this had reassured them and resolved their concerns.
