During a routine inspection
People told us they felt they were treated with dignity when attending Selby Drug Services. One person said, 'I get on with everyone here, and can trust them. '
The service worked collaboratively with many other health and social care agencies. All the people we spoke with said they felt 'comfortable' with staff working in the service. One person said, 'I've been coming here a long time. They taught me not to be so angry and to respect myself and other people.'
Nurses and support workers provided the assessment and treatment of people who used the service. The nurse we spoke with made positive comments about the service provided at Selby Drug Services and the support they received to carry out their roles.
Effective management systems were in place to monitor the quality of the service and promote people's safety and welfare.
