During a routine inspection
People stated that the care workers provided by the agency appeared to know what was expected of them and had the necessary skills to meet their needs.
People stated care staff were punctual and stayed the correct length of time, competing all the necessary tasks and if time allowed would undertake additional tasks requested by them.
People stated that staff are friendly and cheerful. Staff were also described as 'absolutely wonderful' and 'excellent'.
People confirmed that the agency undertakes regular reviews and that if issues are identified the agency takes action to rectify them.
People said that although they had not made any formal complaints they were aware of how to complain and that when they had raised some issues these had been resolved.
