During a routine inspection
People told us they felt well cared for and they received the treatment they expected. However, we found evidence during our inspection that people's care and treatment was not always planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare.
Staff we spoke with demonstrated to us a clear understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse guidance and procedures. People we spoke with told us they felt safe living at Wyndham House.
We found that appropriate checks were not always undertaken before staff started working at Wyndham House.
The provider took account of complaints and comments to improve the service. People's views were actively taken into account and acted on.
