During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy living in the service. One person said, "The staff are excellent to me, they work very hard." Another person said "I love it here." A relative of a person who used the service told us, "Staff are really friendly. My (relative) was really ill when they first came here now they are out and about and socially included."
The majority of people who used the service were unable to tell us about their experience of the service provided due to their complex needs. We used a number of different methods to help us understand the experiences of people used the service. People who used the service told us they felt safe living in the home and that they could talk to the manager about anything.
People and relatives we spoke with told us they had no concerns about the current staffing levels. One person told us, "The staff are great and are available when I need them." Another person said, "There seems to be enough staff available they are there when I need them."
The relatives and people who used the service told us they felt confident any comments or complaints they had would be listened to and acted upon.
