During a routine inspection
We found staff interacted with people, who were both visiting and being treated at the dental surgery, in a social, kind and respectful way. People told us that they had a good relationship with the staff who knew and treated them as individuals.
All of the people that were spoken with were very satisfied with the standard and quality of their care and treatment.
Staff were knowledgeable and had a sound understanding of the services they provided. We found and open, welcoming and supportive staff team who were committed to good patient care.
