During a routine inspection
As part of our inspection patients were asked about the care and treatment provided at the practice. We received feedback from one person attending the surgery during our visit. They told us that any treatment was discussed with them, that they were given relevant information and had time to consider the treatment options offered to them before making a decision. The patient also confirmed that their consent was sought prior to any treatment taking place.
We were also told that the patient was aware of the complaints procedure, but had not needed to use it. The added, “I’ve no complaints”. They also described the staff as “Polite” and “Helpful”.
