During a routine inspection
'This is an emergency appointment, I rang this morning and they were able to fit me in, I always find that they are very good'. 'There are plenty of information leaflets around but the staff are good at explaining the treatments, costs and what's going to happen'. 'I am very satisfied with the care here. Everything is explained to you'.
'I feel that they look after me well, I did have a bad experience once but here, they have been great'.
'I can't say that I have had cause to complain at all. I have always been satisfied with the treatments I have had'.
