During a routine inspection
We saw that the practice provided access for people with mobility problems. The practice was clean and tidy throughout with dedicated areas for the cleaning of equipment. Policies and procedures were in place to support hygiene in the practice and patients told us that staff used protective clothing.
There were systems in place to support people to raise a complaint, provide feedback and to audit the practice. We saw this information was reviewed and feedback to staff took place to help ensure the practice continued to meet patient's needs.
