During a routine inspection
We were told that appointments were easy to make and that people received a telephone reminder of the appointment on the day before. One person told us that they had an issue with a particular treatment and was pleased that they had been able to get an appointment on the following day.
We looked at the comments from patient surveys. These included; 'great with the children', 'in an emergency, always seen promptly' and 'it seems friendly and professional'.
