During a routine inspection
People experienced treatment that met their needs. One person told us, 'I receive an excellent service. They're really good and take time to talk to you.'
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and people were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
There was an effective complaints procedure available. People told us they would feel comfortable raising concerns but emphasised they had never had to do so.
