The service was not always caring. We found a breach of regulation regarding person centred care. People were not always consulted, or have improved independence therefore choice and control was sometimes limited.

People didn't always have improved Independence, choice and control. People didn't always have access to meaningful activities and regular community access. People told us the staff were caring.

People were supported to take part in activities to improve their well being however feedback was mixed and some told us staffing levels didn't always make this possible.

People were not always supported to build relationships and networks such as advocacy and choice of who they lived with. We observed a good interactions between people and the staff.

Processes were not always in place to ensure people were consulted when making choices and decisions.
