During a routine inspection
We saw that people were treated in a clean and tidy environment. All of the people that we spoke with told us that they found the surgery clean. There were adequate procedures in place to prevent the spread of infection.
The surgery was situated on the ground floor and there was a wide corridor between the waiting room and surgery. This enabled access for people who used a wheelchair or a mobility scooter .
Staff that we spoke with said that they felt supported by the provider. One member of staff said, 'It's so open that you can discuss things.' Staff felt confident raising issues or concerns with the dentist.
The provider had regard to the complaints and comments made by people who used the service. One person told us, "They always want to know if I'm happy and if I've had any problems or anything. [The dentist] always says, "Any problems, just call."
