Kindness, compassion and dignity
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient said, “Myself and my family have been coming to this dental practice for over 12 years. The service is always professional, and the care is outstanding.” Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Another patient told us, “I am a patient at The Fenton Dental Studio for about 5 years and I always have a nice experience. They always put me at ease. From receptionist to dentist and nurse are really kind.” Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and the importance of privacy and confidentiality. They felt respected, valued and supported in their roles. Leaders described how they supported the wellbeing of staff.
