During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people who used the service. They all told us they were very happy with the service they received at this practice. One person said, 'I have been coming here for years. [Dentist] is brilliant, he doesn't hurt me. I am very happy here and I don't know what I would do if [dentist] left.' Another person said, 'This practice was recommended to me. The treatment is very good. I don't like going to the dentist but he makes me feel relaxed.'
The practice provided access and suitable facilities for people who had mobility needs. People received treatment in a clean, safe and well maintained environment that met their needs.
People were treated by staff who were suitably trained to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
There was an effective complaints system available. Comments and complaints people made were responded to appropriately. One person said, 'I have never had a problem but if I did they would want to know straight away. I would speak to [dentist].'
