During a routine inspection
We found that the provider was meeting the standards we had inspected. People's privacy and dignity had been respected. People had been provided with information about the service, opening times, various treatments and the costs. They had been involved in the decisions about their treatment. People had a treatment plan that had been discussed with them so that they were able to make an informed decision.
There were systems in place to control the spread of infection. Staff had been provided with relevant training for the work they did. There were systems in place for assessing and monitoring the quality of service. We noted that the premises were designed to be accessible to people with mobility problems and wheelchair users.
