During an inspection looking at part of the service
These concerns were judged to have had a minor impact on people who used the service. The provider sent us an action plan in April 2013 and told us what they would do to address these concerns.
A follow up review took place on 18 July 2013. We saw that the providers action plan to address the areas of concern had been completed and signed off. The service was now compliant in this outcome.
