During a routine inspection
People said they received effective treatment. One person said "I find them very good. They are very thorough." We found there were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies. Treatment was delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare.
People said the service was clean. The service protected people from the risk of infection because the relevant guidance had been followed. Staff had appropriate qualifications and received support to deliver care to the appropriate standard.
The provider had checked the quality of the service by auditing staff training, record keeping and infection control arrangements. People were also asked for their views. Appropriate changes had been made to improve people's experience of the service.
