During a routine inspection
People told us they felt safe in the surgery and felt confident in reporting any issues of concern to any of the staff employed at the practice, although they said they would initially speak to the dentist.
The practice manager made available all the records we asked to see and we saw within these records the practice was proactive in obtaining people's feedback.
Three people we spoke with commented "I did have a time when I saw different dentists, but I now see the same one and thats reassuring." A second person told us "The dental care I have received here is second to none, very professional dental staff."
and the third person told us, "I was seen as a new patient and completed my treatment within two weeks, thats a pretty efficient service."
