During a routine inspection
All of the patients we spoke with were satisfied with the service. One person told us 'Really, really good.'
People told us that they were always asked for consent before treatment commenced and that costs were fully explained to them.
All of the patients we spoke with were happy with the standard of cleanliness at the service. We observed that surgeries were clean and well maintained.
We saw that the service had a robust recruitment process which ensured that only suitably qualified people were employed to work at the service.
Patients had been given information on how to complain should they feel the need to.
