The practice carried out regular patient surveys and encouraged online reviews. We were provided with a patient survey from September to November 2024; of those surveyed, the results showed, 92% rated the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness positively, 92% rated the dental professionals’ advice and level of client’s inclusion as positive, 84% rated the practice look and feel positively and 92% were complimentary of the level of practice cleanliness. Leaders described how they supported the wellbeing of staff. For example, staff could access wellbeing advice helplines and resources.

Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights. Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles.
