During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. When we spoke with people they confirmed that they had been able to make decisions around the treatment they received. One comment included 'Recommendations and choices have been explained to me'
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
We observed the practice to be clean and in good condition. When we spoke with people using the service some comments included 'It is spotless. It's a brand new building' and 'they always wear clean uniforms'.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. People that we spoke with were confident that any complaints would be deal with appropriately. One person we spoke with said 'I would tell the dentist and he would deal with it'.
