During a routine inspection
We observed that people were treated with respect when arriving at the reception desk to book in for their appointment.
One person told us "I have been seeing the same dentist for a few years and have no concerns at all, they're a professional friendly bunch of people." Another person told us that it was their first visit to this practice and that they had been treated respectfully, and had been given the brochure to read. They also told us they had been informed about the importance of completing a medical health form and why they had been given a consent to treatment form before going into see the dentist.
