During a routine inspection
The person receiving treatment told us that their dentist had referred them to the practice and that following that an appointment had been arranged. They said that they did not have to wait long for the first appointment which was a consultation and examination. They told us that they were sent a treatment plan with details of what would be done and its cost. They said, 'My dentist did not seem enamoured with doing root canal treatment and I think this treatment is better than losing a tooth'.
People described the staff as friendly, helpful and efficient. One person said, 'The man knows what he is doing'.
