Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient told us, “Everyone here is kind, nice and efficient. Another patient said, “The staff are approachable and very attentive, making patients feel comfortable. The care provided is very thorough with clear explorations about procedures and treatment options.” Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Another patient said, “The dentist was very caring and patient with my daughter especially as she was very nervous.” Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. We were provided with a patient survey, including feedback from 20 patients.
