During a routine inspection
People signed their consent to care and treatment. They were given a plan which outlined the treatment and possible costs. This meant that patients were aware of what they were going to have done and were able to talk to their dentist if they wished.
Patient's medical histories were recorded to minimise risks and all care and treatments were recorded in the treatment plans.
There were good infection control systems to help protect the health and welfare of patients and staff. The registered manager undertook audits to ensure systems were safe. Patients told us the surgeries were clean and tidy.
Staff were well trained and supported to meet the needs of patients.
There were quality assurance systems to gain the views of staff and patients to help improve the service.
