We found that the provider and staff had taken action to improve training and put risk assessments in place.

Patients who received treatment at Youngs Healthcare Limited told us that they were very happy with the care and treatment they received and they had confidence in the staff.
Patients who spoke with us said 'The service you receive is relaxed, any treatments are explained and the staff are friendly and helpful.'
Patients told us that they were impressed with the efficient and friendly service and they felt the hygiene and cleanliness of the practice was "Very good.'
The dental nurses said they worked together well as a team and managed to discuss any issues that may have been raised during the working day. They said that they felt they were supported by the dentists and they were able to access training as and when they needed to. However we found that staff had not accessed safeguarding of children from abuse training, which meant patients were not as well protected from risk as they could have been.
