During a routine inspection
We observed staff interacting with people in a professional, positive and respectful way. Staff involved people and offered people choices about their care, treatment and support provided.
One person was receiving support with their dietary needs and seen choosing healthy menu choices from cookery books. They planned the shopping list with support from staff. They had a reward chart for their weight progress. We saw staff were encouraging and supportive in helping the person meet their goals.
