During a routine inspection
Patients felt that their privacy and dignity was respected by all staff who worked at the practice. There was appropriate time available for private consultation and time given to make decisions about treatments.
Patients told us that they were happy with their treatment and that the appointment system was flexible to meet their needs. Two of the five patients spoken with had made emergency appointments in the past and they said they had no problems arranging this.
In relation to cleanliness, one patient said, 'It's a model of cleanliness.' Another said, 'Ideal, the place is spotless.'
In response to surveys, one patient said, 'Excellent ' no complaints.' Another patient said, 'I feel able to say what I need to when I need to.'
