During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us they felt they were respected, were involved in their treatment and kept informed. Comments included, 'They [staff] remember me each time. I'm a person, not just a patient. They couldn't be better.'
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. Comments included, 'I'm in the best possible hands, I'm so glad it's here' and 'fantastic, excellent service.'
Our observations and our review of records demonstrated that people received care and treatment in a clean environment with measures in place to minimise the risk of infection.
The provider had a satisfactory recruitment and selection procedure in place to ensure that staff were appropriately employed.
We found that there were effective systems to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
