During a routine inspection
Patients told us that there was appropriate time available for private consultation and time was given to make decisions about treatments. All options were discussed with them in detail. They felt that their privacy and dignity was respected by staff who worked at the practice.
Patients told us that they were happy with the care and treatment provided. In relation to cleanliness one person said, 'It's always clean, I have no concerns.' Another said, 'I have never had a problem with cleanliness.'
Staff demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the importance of infection prevention and control and there was regular training in place. Staff told us that they felt well trained and supported.
The practice was continuing to develop processes to review the quality of the service provided for patients.
