During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us that they were told how much their treatment would cost. They stated that the Dentist fully explained the treatment to them and that they could change their minds about their treatment.
One person told us that their children were treated at the service and that they chaperoned them whilst they were having their treatment.
People told us that they were asked about their current medical history when they visited the Dentist.
We were told that they had always been able to make appointments to see the Dentist, and emergency appointments were accommodated.
People who used the service told us that the surgery was always clean and tidy every time they attended for an appointment. They told us that staff used personal protective clothing and that all the equipment used, as far as they were aware, was clean.
