During a routine inspection
The service provided to people included assessment and treatment at the scene of an incident, removal to the medical centre and further treatment, and transferred to 999 emergency services to provide ongoing treatment and support.
We spoke with the registered manager, two paramedics and the technician on the day of this visit.
We looked at infection control and found that equipment was clean, in working order and was well maintained.
We looked at the systems in place for managing medication and found that good procedures were in place.
We looked at staff recruitment and found that good recruitment procedures were in place.
We saw that Oulton Park had not received any complaints since the last inspection and the Commission had not received any complaints about the service.
