During a routine inspection
People told us they felt safe in the surgery and felt confident in reporting any issues of concern to any of the staff employed at the practice, although they said they would initially speak to the dentist.
The practice manager made available all the records we asked to see which showed that the practice was proactive in obtaining people's feedback. We saw comments from the last survey which told us "Very limited parking....Fees too high....Excellent dentist....Dentist and her nurse very kind to me." The practice manager told us they had looked into altering the car parking although they could not enlarge it due to restrictions caused by the main road.
People told us "My dentist is so good, she explains everything to me and the dental nurse reassures me when I get a little anxious." Another person said "When you get a good dentist you want to stick with them."
