Our view of the service
We carried out this off-site, responsive assessment on 12 August 2024 in response to information of concern received. The provider submitted documented and photographic evidence to support their responses. The evidence was reviewed by a CQC inspector and the report written in response to that evidence weighted against the concerns initially received. We found the practice had met regulations. The practice had systems to manage risks. Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation. At the time of our off-site responsive assessment, patients could access care, support and treatment when required. Victoria House is part of Rodericks a dental group provider. The practice is in Loughborough and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children. At the time of our off-site responsive assessment, the dental team included 12 dentists, 17 dental nurses (12 of whom were trainees/apprentice nurses), 5 dental hygienists, 1 practice manager and 6 receptionists.
