During a routine inspection
When we visited we met with five of the six people who lived at the home. We saw people had a structured day with a range of activities. We saw staff support people to go out into the garden and to access community activities in the evening.
There was a good rapport between the staff and the people who used services. We saw that staff knew how to respond to the communication and sensory needs of the people in their care.
