During a routine inspection
The practice had procedures and policies in place to promote and maintain the appropriate standards of infection control. The building was clean and hygienic throughout and equipment was regularly checked and monitored. All clinical staff completed training in infection control.
Staff completed training in adult and child protection.
The practice had systems in place to monitor and audit quality and risk. Regular audits were carried out for example on health and safety, infection control and the servicing of equipment.
